Any problems with Blackstone pump?

I want to do a used oil analysis. I plan to have the dealer change my oil (I'll bring in Motorcraft synblend 5w-20 and the pure one filter) (yes, I could probably do it myself, but I have some rattles I want looked at and I don't have the equipment to jack the car up and keep it level).

This may sound inconsistent, but I'm going to give the dealer the benefit of the doubt on changing the oil, but I don't trust them to get a good sample to send to the lab. I can just see some tech neglecting to read the service order instructions, taking a cold sample, or something else. Plus I'd like to take a sample on my 99 CR-V without changing the oil to see if I can extend the drains. Does this $25 pump Blackstone sells work OK? Any unique aspects of the TL dipstick tube or something that would make it a useless purchase? Thanks.

Probably worthwhile at some point, but:

1. Want to sample my other car, and perhaps the TL in the future, between oil changes to see if I can extend the drains (I've been putting in Castrol Syntec in my CR-V every 3750 miles and from what I'm reading here that may be overkill);

2. Need to go to the dealer anyway for warranty work.

The pump I got from Griotts Garage sucks out everything that is not bolted to the motor. I pumped all the oil out of my wife's Accord and pulled the drain plug to see how much oil was left - not a single drop.

No experience with the Blackstone pump.

Thanks. I'm not looking to extract all the oil, just take a sample. Here is what I'm talking about.

Now I'm trackin'. Whenever I did an analysis, I would just do an oil change and make note of the results for the next try. That pump is the price of a few DIY oil changes.
