Any OBD II scanners / code readers that can read Honda PGM-FI DATA LIST?

Would you please recommend an OBD II scanner / code reader that's capable of reading Honda PGM-FI DATA LIST? I need to run a Cruise Control Input Test to see if I'm getting signals from Cruse Control switches and Cruse Control Indicator. Hopefully there's an inexpensive scanner that can perform the task. Thank you for your help!
