I could use the trunk latch with with the light switch. I could be wrong but looks like it had some type of air-air heat exchanger.

 

Whatever the accident was it was probably cut up with the jaws of life. That is probably why there is no doors or roof so they could safely remove the occupants.

I know at first when I glance at it I thought it was the factory wheels that got bent out of shape but then I took a second look and was like

 

What gets me is how the wheels are still right where they should be. I wonder if this thing slid under something like a trailer.

 

I'd love to know what happened or if any occupant walked away from the accident.

Agreed. They will almost always just chop the top and doors if the car is mangled to get the people out as safely as possible.

That is my thought. It looks like it hit something a bit higher and smashed the hood back. However the front strut tower is not where it is supposed to be so who knows?

 

It's pretty obvious what happened.

The owner fitted those wheels and soon after the car choose to take its own life. A truely tragic tale, lol.

They wanted to be different... so they pulled up to the scene with their ceiling missing...

 

A friend of mine did the same type of thing in his 240sx a few years back but you can see that the front wheel doesn't look connected, it was probably just placed where it would go, they did the same thing to my friends car when it was at the tow yard, cause he put the telephone pole through the rear passenger side of his 240 all the way into his passenger seat so it tore the wheel off.
