Have been looking at the TL for awhile and finally brought one home yesterday, a Royal Blue Pearl 5AT no navi with Parchment interior, for a little less than $31200 OTD. I think I did the right thing by not getting navi, but this is the first time in 30 years and only the 2nd car I've ever owned with an AT (last one was a '67 Pontiac LeMans with the ol' GM 2-speed Powerslide).
This appears to be a modder's board. I doubt I'll be doing any kind of mods like some of the members here, but that doesn't mean I can't learn something.

Welcome!
I've got a TL with a 5AT as well and don't miss driving a manual (my 5-sp manual Integra has been sitting for over a year now, even with the high gas prices).
There are some of us who are not modders here as well, and the forum is great for exchanging information and for answers to questions that aren't in the owner's manuals or not easy to find in the manuals. Also, there are quite a few appearance-item or bolt-on modders, so you can get info if you later consider changing wheels, intakes, audio, etc. Otherwise, you can ignore them since they generally confine themselves to the 3G TL sub-forums!

welcome aboard. Hey I have had over a dozen cars without Navi and I will have another dozen more without it, so you cannot go wrong, if you want Navi, get aftermarket Garmen, Tom Tom or Magellan

I agree with the other guys. I predict....
you'll get sick of the nicks in your hood, so you'll get the clear bra
you'll get tired of the stock wheels, and end up going aftermarket
And it will go on, and on, and on....
I know, because it happened to me. Just look at my sig....
