Holy shit man! I recently got in a light fender bender (not even noticeable) and I freaked the fuck out! Man this really sucks, I feel so bad for you. I would die if this happened to me.

Ouch!! That sucks.. Hope everything with insurance works out for you..

On a side note, I went to San Jose CA today morning. I was on 880 toward San Jose and saw a WDP 3G front bumper on the shoulder. Hoping there isn't another one down..

Hope so too! It's definitely one of the worst feelings once you know an accident is about to go down...at least you're straight...hope the TL gets better soon!!

^Well, I'm not at fault so I don't care how much it is to fix it, I just want it done properly. So far, insurance co. has been great to deal with...I've been presently surprised. We're at $10K CAD and counting...

Good thing is she is in good hands (assuming your relative will be extra careful and take their time to get it done right).

Glad to hear you're okay. That definitely looks fixable, should look like new when she's done

Yup, she is...he advised me that they will be taking their time with my car to ensure that it's done right. They are all too aware as to how picky I am about my car.
However, it took almost 2 weeks just to get the parts in. Got a whole new exhaust and 2 new wheels among other things...the old wheels just had a few marks but the insurance co. replaced them straight away....same for the exhaust! I have to say that State Farm have been fantastic to deal with thus far...

It's actually worse than it looks.....besides the obvious there's also some major trunk floor damage. Have to see if any rear suspension bits have been affected.

Bumper/cover & valance, rear quarter, exhaust, 1 wheel, trunk lid, trunk floor, taillight assembly, possible rear door jamb....and whatever other unseen bits. Still waiting for adjuster. Probably double the dollar amount^. *sigh*

I should've left it dirty...Jesus, looks worse when clean!
Is it me, or does the NBP look gorgous!!!.... I mean aside from the fender bender.... the color on this car is beautiful.... can't wait to see it fixed...

Haha not yet. Thankfully only when I go to school. :P I commute.
I got like 104,000 now.

But think about it. I got the car just over a year ago with 72K and a year later 104K. lol

The thing runs GREAT!

Yeah, but some of the deeper scratches wouldn't come out.

That sucks. Glad you're ok.

This is part of the reason I run around on near race tires, good brakes and a great suspension. Not that it would've helped in this case sitting at a redlight.
