Go to www.amsoil.com. You will be able to buy direct from the website or they can find you an AMSOIL Dealer in your area.

I went to the Amzoil site and the product that meets the Honda Z1 spec is Amzoil ATF. However it states not to be used in CVT transmissions. I have an auto 2006 TL. Does it have a CVT transmission? Has anyone been using synthetic fluid in their transmission? Have you talked to a dealer if Acura allows synthetic or will they try to void the warranty? I've been using Mobil 1 in the engine and are there similar benefits to using synthetic fluid in the trans? Thanks.

Unless I've really misunderstood what a CVT is, the TL don't have one:

For a Honda AT, i'd really suggest just using Honda's ATF-Z1 fluid. Really, there isn't much gain, but there is a lot to lose, when using anything else.

Well, IMHO, there is a lot to gain by using a better synthetic fluid. It will help the transmission last much longer. The trannys Honda uses do not seem to hold up for the long run and the fluid especially. Road Rage has been using Amsoil in his since 2004. Without a glitch.

I see that there is a Mobil 1 Synthetic transmission fluid. Their web site says it meets Dextron, Dextron 3, Dextron 3E, Chrysler, and "H" specifications. Does the H mean Honda? They don't mention Honda Z1 spec. Anybody running Mobil 1 Transmission fluid? I'd like this since it's readily available locally.

I've also been following the posts about doing a triple or quad trans fluid change. If going from regular to synthetic fluid can I do this, or does the original fluid have to be completely pumped out and then replace with synthetic? Thanks.
