it's not street legal right?
While I love the way cleared headlights look, it's my understanding that in order to be street legal, there must be some sort of amber reflector in the headlights.
Do people clear their lights out because they don't think they'll get in trouble for that? Maybe some don't know.

the law requires COLOR when the bulb is LIT
In front its white or yellow for Turn signals
rear is yellow or red
Thats so other drivers dont get fooled by white lights on the rear and thinking you are a wrong way driver on the freeway- call the cops on you ,,,,
Many new bulbs are clear when off and light up red or yellow- especially LEDs
Check the internet for suppliers
Taking the reflector out can damage the moisture seal and destroy a housing

JnC did a set lights that left a section of the amber reflector intact, but the rest of the housing was cleared. Post #280. Could keep you street legal
