Am i asking for too much?

Hey guys, my wife is selling her TL and we were wondering if we are asking too much for the car? Any advice on how we could sell the car fast at a reasonable market value would be appreciated. Here's the link that i just listed today.

If i violate the forum rule please remove the thread, thanks!

Way too much IMO. Did you check the KBB value?

I think it's a couple thousand too high for an 06. but you shouldn't have any problems asking for a higher price for this year due to the low mileage.

Yeah I think its kinda high. I could of bought a 07 type-s for 24k with 29k miles as a CPO.

I've been shopping for a TL for 6 mths and I can tell you alot of dealers are selling at or near Private party value. Stick around 19.5k and you should sell easy.
Im pulling :

Condition Value
Excellent
$20,190

Good
$19,140

Fair
$17,790

Good luck and nice car!

Maybe start asking price around 22k and leave room to negotiate. Nice NBP with navi and low mileage and with aspec, that's a real gem. GLWS.

You're quite a bit above the KBB Excellent value on your price. When I'm in the market for a car, I use the KBB value plus a little (knowing I'm going to try to negotiate) as the max price when I search on Autotrader or other online listings.

I'd list it for $21.9k (and be prepared to take a little less), emphasizing the low miles, A-spec, and the mint condition of the car. After a couple of weeks, if you want more traffic on the ad, advertise for $20k firm.

Good Luck!

Thanks for the responses guys. I will lower it down from 23900 to 22900 and leave room to negotiate. The reason i'm selling the car is bc we recently purchased an 06 FX45 and thought an SUV type car will feel safer for the babies.

Anyone interested, we can work out a deal
