Does anyone know how to remove the aluminum trim in the center console without damaging it? I would like to take them off and glue them on more tightly. They crackle.

 

I had the same problem. I took it back to the dealer, they too heard it. I asked the technician how do they remove them. He told me the dealers should have special set of tools just to do stuff like this. Anyway, they removed them and installed some felts inside, and it doesn't creak anymore...
