All weather TL mats vs generic all weather mats

Do most people like to get the all weather mats from Acura because it has the TL on the mat? or are they better for some reason than ones I can find online or at an autoparts store that fits the TL. I am trying to see if there is any difference other than the fact it costs twice as much to get the ones with the TL logo on the mat. The trunk liner also looks good too.

it was one of the dealer installs that was on all the TL's on the lot along with the locking lug nuts and dent protection. I told them to take them out but they just lowered the price of the car instead...
He was like sorry we can't undo these options!!!

I originally bought Canon rubber mats, but quickly found they didn't fit the car as advertised, so I got the Acura mats. Canon did accept my return and indicated they would change their website to indicate the mats did not fit a 04 TL.

I have the oem mats. I prefer them because of our hinged gas pedal. I don't think the aftermarket ones were designed properly back when I got mine. They look nice and are easy to clean IMO.

None of the aftermarket mats fit like the one that come from ACURA or look as good.
I bought WeatherTech mats for my Honda Pilot and regret it. The trunk mat is ill fitting and flimse, the rear seat mats over-lap.

I got the all weather mats from the dealer, leave them on top of the OEM mats, and I think they are great

OEM mats fit perfectly. And look at used one, I bought mine used but cheap from someone who got it free for his 04 TL from a dealer but decided not to keep it.

I like to laugh at people who buy $35k cars and then nickel and dime an extra $50 for the good mats vs. the crappy ones at Pep Boys or wherever.

Trust me you are right on this, my girl wants to buy them for me and I want to save HER money not me, but if that is the case that only the OEM ones fit than I guess I have no choice, and I want to get the trunk liner too.

I bought the cheap ones from Walmart and although they did the job, they didn't fit well, so I ended up buying the OEM from ebay and they look so much better. I still have the walmart ones in the back since there's less traffic back there...lesson learned early on about buying a nice car and putting junk in it.

Get it from Curry Acura. I got mine 2 weeks ago for $74! List is $129. I dealt with Joe and got them promptly in by UPS the next day. 866 799-0087. Let them know Conan sent you.

I also got a
trunk tray for $67 (list $99)
Oil Filter w/ crush washer $4.75 (list $5.79)
Wheel locks $29 (list $49)
Shipping was only $8.75 for everything.

ALL ACURA/HONDA OEM.

Great deals. NO haggling. Straight from a real Acura dealer.

I bought my accessories from them, they gave me a good deal and I did not purchase my vehicle from them. Actually I tried to buy from them but they did not have my color combo and none expected in for awhile back then.

I think the OEM all-season mats are too shallow. I still have salt residue on my carpet after the last winter. A mat with deeper grooves that actually fits would be appreciated.
