For all Canadians seafoam now at Canadian Tire

Walked in to Canadian Tire today and noticed a display for seafoam 11.00 for a small bottle.

Sorry to thread jack, but if you're at Can Tire already Mobil1 synthetic is on sale as well. But it's hard to find cuz they're all out of stock. I believe its $12 off the 5L bottle.

How many miles should you have when you use a seafoam?

And I love how we see a bit more Canadian users once a title with "Canada" has been posted =p

Why do you even bother poking your head in this thread when you have nothing to contribute besides a negative comment? You are located in US, the thread itself even says "For all Canadians". You have nobody to blame except yourself for wasting time by coming into this thread when none of the relevant information applies to you.

This is worthwhile information to Canadians since we don't have seafoam available everywhere for the kinds of prices Americans get it for.

I did seafoam on my car last month. It was freezing outside but cleaned out a bunch of built up gunk. Thanks to the DIY available on this forum.

From my knowledge, Advance Auto isn't located in Canada. I got my seafoam at Partsource

I am going to try this out. My new Type S should be here in a few weeks.
How is this compared to the 5-6 dollar bottle of fuel injector cleaner product available at Canadian Tire

You don't really need it unless you're mileage is getting higher. How many miles does the car have?

Purpose was to tell the rest of us Canucks because a lot of the products you have in the US aren't available up here or if they are they are hard to find.

I agree with 05TLdcc, you really dont need to seafoam unless your car is having trouble with hesitation, stuttering, etc. Seafoam wouldnt be the first thing i did or checked with those symptoms...
with such a low mileage car, it should be fairly clean already.
