??? for all 6mt owners

I have about 22k on my 04 6mt and iv had a vibration problem since iv had the car. It comes into play at speeds of 60+ and at any rpm at 60+. I had my tires balanced twice with the EL42 on and when i changed to falcon 512 had them balanced again but the vibration never goes away. Wondering if any other 6mt has had this problem or if anyone knows the cause of this problem?

My 2005 manual trans is smooth as glass at all speeds.
The auto trans cars had problems I hear, but I never heard of the manual
trans cars having problems other then tires.

To get a GOOD balance, hunter has the road force balance equipment that
checks rim balance and out of round, and tire out of round, belt problems,
etc.
They work great, as most times the tire and rim can be offset and low balance
weights used.
My car, and all the ones I look at seem to have LOTS of balance weights on all the wheels.....

one possibility is that when they balanced your tires they did them on 2 different machines, it happened to me years ago, the machines where not calibrated equally ...

I had the exact same problem, it is now gone since I installed the oem chrome 18's with ps2's. I have heard of a few others who have had the problem, they changed tires and balanced them again and again but no fix. I think that it is one or more of the rims out of shape, either from you or just poorly built from factory, request that the delear swap the rims from a loaner and test. I would also have them check the torque settings, maybe even try this yourself before even bothering to go to them.

I have an 05 6mt and mine doe s that all the time. even feels rough every once and awhile while accelerating below 60mph from 0. No idea what it is either does the dealership. tire balance doesn't help it. I think its the tranny or something in the steering rack.

I do not have this problem with my 05 6MT but a couple questions for diagnosis

1) Does this happen in neutral as well as in gear? (Drive up to 70MPH and push in clutch and put gear into neutral)

2) Is the vibration felt in the steering wheel, chassis, or both?
