Accord changes first then TL
Accord changes first then TL
For all those considering what changes Acura "must" make to the TL, my thinking is, look no further than what American Honda Co. does for the Accord, its primary platform in the US.
Just as it happened in 1998 and again in 2003, the Accord changed first, then the TL ayear later in 1999 and 2004. What Honda Japan does to the RL does not mean it will trickle down to the TL. Rather, it comes down from trhe Accord, and the TL gets the upgrades, but no real diferences in the engine and drivetrain.
For all intents and puposes my TL is an Accord, but I make no bones about it. If and when I go for RWD, I 'll consider Infiniti, but for now I am happy with my TL so there is no use worrying about what my car might become.

But you take the fun out of speculating and whining.I'm also happy with what I have now. I'll worry about later then.

It does look like the Civic EX will get navigation. Man. It's about time that Honda put one in their Civics. I think this will increase sales a lot because Honda/Acura make the best navigation systems!
Also, if you click on the Civic in the above link, it looks like the sedan will get the side and rear skirts! Woohoo!
Also, I like the look of the 2004/2005 model year Accords a lot better. From the side and rear, the thing is just screaming "Impala". Bleh! If they had moved the rear wheel back when they extended the trunk, then it might look better.

Did Honda make them take the info off their site as I didn't see it when I used the hyperlink above?
