For those of you wondering what the '06 Alabaster Silver looks like, head over to your local Honda dealer. I was looking around the lots today and the '06 Accords are already here (complete with LED tail lights and 244 hp (new sae standards). They had a few in the alabaster silver......looks just like the old satin silver.

 

Wow! That was quick. Yippee for LED! Wonder when the Accord will have xenon?

its a lot easier retrofitting it than paying money for factory HIDs

 

And the Accord is offering a 6 MT in the sedans now as well...

Strange as this may seem, Honda has the '06 vehicles up on their website, but Acura is still dialed in to the '05's.

 

The RSX is 2006 so the rest isn't too far behind.

 

What's interesting is that the HP on the Accord has been increased and is at 244 using the new SAE net. Same 270 HP TL engine for '06 is now rated at 258hp.

Anyone know what the new Accord engine would be producing under the old rating? Around 255 maybe??
