Airbag and Seatbelts

So... I left my MT 2006 TL in neutral the other day while at an almost empty rest area trying to navigate directions and I did not notice my car was rolling. It rolled and tapped a barrier causing the passenger air bag light to flash and the red air bag sensor light to illuminate. Plus my seat belt is now locked. Luckily no damage to the cars exterior. What is the best solution to fix this without breaking the bank? Amateur car repair guy here. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

you wont be able to do it yourself.
you have to take it somewhere to "unlock" the seat belt and to reset the SRS light.
the SRS light and seatbelt locking is common in an accident and most shops see this kind of thing daily.

you must have tapped the barrier pretty hard to lock the seatbelt.

Yes, I did, I suppose. It was near dusk and the tunes were a playin and the hound had her nose out the window taking it all in. Not hard enough that any damage occurred though. Thankfully. Or that it was worse. Thank you for the 411.
