Air filter
wix is a good brand.
i heard that we should stick to "dry" filters, opposed to "oiled" filters like the K&N drop in filter. wix being a dry filter.
i didn't know at the time of purchase, so i'm running a K&N drop in right now...

With the engineering investment, the warranty and commitment to quality of Honda/Acura, don't you think if there were a better air filter out there, they would use it? It is in their best interest to use the best for OEM. (When I say "the best", I am referring to its primary function of filtering intake air).
I use OEM for that reason even long after the warranty has expired.
I also send a sample of used oil to the lab after every change. I get back a report which includes the particulate (dirt) in the oil. This is a direct measure of the air filter's effectiveness.
The report, using OEM filters, has always been superb.
I'm not a fan of K&N because of reports on bobistheoilguy.com that they don't always fit well.
