The only real performance mod is the intake by Injen. Comptech has some performance parts comming out here are some eta's http://www.acura-tl.com/forums/showthread.php?t=87148 , AEM also has an Intake comming out.

Suspension mods are Comptech and Eibach springs, and A-Spec coilover kit (part of the A-Spec upgrade).
