Advice on Leasing?

Sup guys I bought a 02 TL type S from a dealer under my fathers name. Im thinking of leasing a 04 TL but im not sure if I should do it under my fathers name or my girlfriends moms name. Does it matter if my dad bought a car from them? Will they give me a sweet deal? How hard is it to qualify for a lease?

What's up with that? Why don't you lease under your own name? If you can't afford the car maybe you should look for something else.

Something to think about... If something happens while you're driving a car leased in someone else’s name they can be sued for damages or compensation. I'd strongly recommend that whoever does this for you buys an umbrella liability policy for $1MM worth of coverage it they own property. The policy is about $200-300 per year.
