Advice on buying a used TL-S
Hey everyone I am currently looking into an offer for a 2007 Acura Tl-s for around 20k. It has about 40k miles and everything is stock. Its my first time buying used and i just need some advice. Is the price worth it and is there anything i should specifically look for? Thanks in advance

First, get a Carfax.
Second, try to have a trusted contact who is familiar with bodywork, painting, etc. check the car over for any backyard repairs. Carfax only works if the accident is reported. For example, someone could back into my car requiring me to replace the bumper cover, respray the bumper, etc and if this is settled by cash it won't be on the VIN report. Check for overspray in the door jambs, this will show it has been painted. If you see any sand and the car came from a climate that doesn't have sand, it may have been sandblasted.
Check for cracks or ripples in the A, B and C pillars. If these panels aren't true, you know it's been hit.
