Advice on 2004 TL

I've found a car I'm very interested in. It is an ('04) so I know the potential for transmission issues, but it is in excellent condition with a squeaky clean CarFax and only 51K miles.

What do you think?

Is it just me or are the rear headrests missing? Otherwise clean looking car.

Got to have the rear headrests thrown in with the deal, but a nice car w/nav, no warranty included though. Check the car over closely and especially the tires for condition, uneven tread wear on all four and for the asking price they should be a well know brand/model in like new condition and check the wheels for any curb rash. Check for the trunk netting ( 2 piece), trunk tray (optional ourchase), and the Acura floor mats.

Check for the dash cracking. A known issue with the 04's.

The base/cutout is there but not the headrest. The headrests will protude about 6" above the seat back when they are fully lowered, at least in the TL:

I went to the website of the dealer that is selling it and they had a couple of extra pictures. One of them shows what looks like brand new Michelin tires on it. Yeah I will ask about the headrests because that bothers me. Other than that I think it's a pretty good deal and the fact it was serviced by Acura dealers is a major plus! Dealer said extended warranty available but not sure about that.

Sound like my deal, clean 2004 NBP 40k base at for 15.9 in Upstate NY... I jumped on it. Seems like a good deal to me.

Well the car sold after being on the market for 4 days...very disappointed because I was just about to jump on it.

Anyone else think this place is asking way too much for this one?
