prior to seeing your question, I installed it and figured out that that is EXACTLY what it is...it goes all the way to the edge on the left but not right. It looks like there was a one size fits all for non and with navi. Anyone confirm?

It goes up to, but doesn't interfer with my Navi DVD player. You can slice it to bring the cargo net buttons up from below. Piece o' cake.

Hmmm...I guess my question was...is the tray universal fit? Like for me...I obviously don't have navi...do they make a diff. tray for me?

As far as the mats, i got lucky and got my OEM's for $55 shipped from a member and they are in perfect condition. MUCH nicer material than the tray too btw.

Does anyone know where I can get a cargo net for my 05 TL? The local dealership and acura accessories website don't have them and I couldn't find it on ebay.

Try the black market section. Perhaps someone is selling them or will sell theirs to you.

Check your spare tire compartment first to make sure that your TL didn't come with them.
Some dealers don't pull out or install the cargo nets, but just leave them in the under-trunk compartment for the owners to find, and some owners don't know or look to see if they are there.

Welcome to AZ!

Or anyone else that received their $45 recently ordered one have fitment issues? I have a box I need to take out of the way to make room so I haven't had a chance to check it yet.

Thank you!

The NAVI TL's have their DVD unit in the back right corner of the trunk near the tail light. That is why they work on all.

Thanks Will Y. You are absolutely right. There are two cargo nets in the spare tire compartment, one small and one large. So, if I want to use them, do I cut out holes in the trunk tray or remove it? What do people suggest?

^^^^ Yes, you cut holes in the trunk tray so the round "hooks" come through.

Anybody have pics of how they cut out the holes in the trunk tray. Steven Bell, it looks like maybe you did this. Do you have pics of the actual holes/hooks? I'm also unsure of how to hook these nets into place.

Perhaps this thread from the 3G garage may help:

How to install trunk tray and retain cargo net tie-down buttons:

https://acurazine.com/forums/showpos...&postcount=112

Cliff notes: unscrew the bottom buttons, install tray and make tiny hole to accommodate the buttons. Re-install buttons THROUGH the trunk tray.

No leakage.

Not sure if anyone is on the fence for this tray, but it has been perfect this winter for me. Got into snowboarding locally and and the end of any session, we'd have boots, gloves, etc. This tray was a lifesaver!

Winter is pretty much over here but while this price is low, if you're considering it, I'd say jump.

Now that I've had it and the all season mats, I wonder how I dealt with NOT having them before. Even down here in Sofla...the amount of dirt and crap you track in and out of the car is amazing. Being able to shake them off and have them looking new rather than getting embedded with crap or having my heel bore a hole in the mat is awesome.

The right (passenger) side is molded differently to accomodate the Nav unit that is on the floor of the trunk. Mine came right out of the box and fit perfectly with no issues. 2007TLS
