Hey,
I bought my car from Florida, and had it shipped cross-country. I remember when I was asking the same question that you did.
At the time, I used American Dream Transport Services. They did a great job and the car came to my door in great condition.
I highly recommend them.
When you call, ask for Bonnie.

Safety Car
I shipped my TL to Hawaii in 2007 and then back to Cali in 2010. The government paid for it but I saw the bill and it was close to $2000. Shipping it from state to state would be a lot cheaper but a lot of those shipping companies have horrible reviews. I read one review where a guy found a used condom in his back seat. I would only ship it as a last resort.

only benifit about shipping is that
1. your not driving the damn thing
2. mileage on your car (if its like from cali to ny)
3. your front end does not get messed up
4. no risk of damaging your car if soemthing goes wrong. I.E. flat tire in death valley, middle of no where.. "the hills have eye" shit, overheating, etc..
