hey guys i was wondering i have seen this picture of this WDP and a blue TL with a front carbon fiber lip. I dont know if there is any of these threads but most of them dont give any info on which lip it is and i was wondering if the Subaru Sti V-Lip would fit on my 2005 acura tl ? or if there is any "carbon fiber'' lip that would and dont mention the aspec lip because I already have that

The only carbon fiber lip for the TL that I've seen is the carbon fiber CSL rear lip spoiler. I haven't seen a front lip though. Someone correct me if I'm wrong......

^yes, there were custom front lip/Splitters made.

pay attention to the word custom.
probably cant find them being sold or made.

ive seen people do the home depot garage gutter lip.
and ive seen people put the sti lip on.

no I mean like something similar to this... lol but do you think the V-Sti lip would fit on the TLs? because i know if i get a custom one its going to cost me an arm and leg lol

dont know if it fits or not.

but at least you know that people are talking about the sti lip with the TL.

I've seen the STI lip on a TL before.

It was not a direct fit though and the person who had it had it modified by a body shop to fit.

Sadly there are no direct fit after market solutions for this, it has to be a custom job if you desire this.

search for KB1Spec in this forum. He made a carbon fiber add on lip for the ASPEC kit (for the front). there should be pictures posted as well.

the front carbon fiber lip youre talking about is indeed the sti (2006 i believe) v-lip, and the sides are from a mazda forgot what year/model.
i did some research on these and was about to jump on it, but i figured it was a big waste of money (they cost alot).

as some have said, it might involve a little work getting it to fit perfectly.

Agree with Justin....

everything will fit, even a TSX bumper on the TL....but it will need custom work....

if you are handy with doing custom work or you know a shop that does good work then go for it.....or let it be and dont ruin the car
