there is a 105k mile service, which includes spark plugs, timing belt and water pump and it's accessories.
that will be the closest thing to a "tune up", as cars dont generally need tune ups any more.
rather, if something is broken it needs replacing.
with that being said; if something is broken it needs replacement, as this is general maintenance. and if the car is over 100k miles and the timing belt hasn't been changed, that would be your number 1 priority.

I've wondered this too, but I'm not sure what a "tune-up" would even entail besides valve adjustment? But even that is only done "if they are noisy." If the engine isn't consuming/burning oil and it's running smooth, you're good to go.
I just change the oil and oil filter when it tells me to, try to rotate tires every oil change because these cars seem to eat front tires, and inspect the intake filter and replace when needed. Everything else is on an as-needed basis, or as symptoms crop up.
