I just received a 4-page quality survey from Acura.

The survey lists almost every aspect of the car interior and exterior and asks if it either is SOILED AND DIRTY or RATTLES AND SQUEAKS. It was very detailed.

They also ask for suggestions on improvements... I listed MP3 compatability on the stereo.

I thought it was particularly relevant with all the rattle issues people are having.

Everyone else receiving this survey by mail?

No, but interested. When did you buy your car? When last did you have it serviced at an Acura dealer?

Everybody who bought the TL shoud've received it. Doesn't do much though even if suggest certain things.

Last time I filled in the survey and got a thank you gift from Acura...an updated Navi disc!
So there is no harm completing the survey.
