Acura ordered to repurchase POS TL

I just wanted to say thanks to RON A for apologizing to me, I appreciate it.
Acura has been ordered to repurchase the vehicle because of its blatent defects and their refusal to budge on the matter.
Truth comes out in the end, thus I wish all you guys the best with your Acura's and only hope you never have to deal with ACS with any slightly unusual defects on your vehicle.
As this is just a drop in the bucket for Acura, it is a big win for a single consumer fed up with poor service. And to all on here that said that I was unreasonable and the creater of my own problems, you can now go in the corner and cover yourself in your shame for wrongfully flaming a fellow and soon to be former Acura customer.

For all those out there that are looking to purchase a TL or any Acura, my advice is: this is a great site to find out the pros and cons of the car. You will find much of the pros but also research problems that the car exhibits on a WIDESPREAD basis because even the most pro Acura people on this forum rarly debate how poor Acura customer service is.
Unless you have a dealer that is willing to go to bat for you I would be weary.

Please note: Dash fade, rattles,misaligned trunks, etc are not a characteristc of my vehicle alone, but rather, tons of TLs. One thing is certain, your dash WILL fade but if you dont mind repeatedly applying protectant to it, then you are ok.
Oh and by the way: So glad this car is going away, the vibrations at 1500 RPMS are really getting annoying and I hear it is an exremely widespread issue that Acura does not know how or is unwilling to remedy.
The car has great features, value, and design, but the execution of the product (building it) and the support of it (customer service) is absolutely positively shameful.
