Acura Care Question...
I thought that I'd check the forum first before placing a call to Acura.
My car is about to go into the body shop for 3 days for repair on October 23rd(thanks to a skilled golfer that drove it right into my car-LOL).
Here is my situation:
Normally, if my car was going in for "service" the dealer would provide a loaner car. My dealer doesn't have a body shop at their location (due to municipal zoning laws), so I have to take it to their "preferred" body shop for repair. Thus, me not being able to get a loaner vehicle from the dealer.
So I looked at the Acura Care and there is available Rental Car Reimbursement. Does anyone know if this would apply to my situation?

Just think of it as going directly to a bodyshop...

Unfortunately, the person that whacked the golf ball into my car didn't come forward so my own insurance company listed it as vandalism; so in essence, I am paying for it.

Hope that all is well with you too!

Yep - finally getting it fixed. I made the appt a month ago after I posted and that was the earliest I could be scheduled. And yep - 3 freaking days! AGH!
The b/f says we'll commute to work together on those days, but I hate being without a car. I feel helpless; I mean...what if I have that awful urge over lunch to go to the mall and then I don't have a car!
JK.So........I'm trying to find out whether I can get into a rental without incurring any expense to me.
Take care you!
