Anybody ever deal with them for service issues? I wanted to stop by there so they could take a look at my rattles and heat shield problem but I've heard some bad things about them from a few people. Btw, I didn't get my 06 AT from them.

 

mixed bag prep and service experience. I bought my 2nd and 3rd G TLs there and not once was completely satisfied with them. If you do go there speak with Alan directly, he is a sevice manager

 

I got my TL from them
Once I brought my car to fix small knocking noise that comes from my tran.
They said it is normat (which is BS)
I took car to NJ and they found problem in 5 min and fixed.
So stay away from Acura of Brooklyn

wher in NY are u exactly? Paragon Acura (Queens), Acura of Westchester in Larchmont, and Curry Acura in Yonkers. Ive never been to Curry. Acura of Westchester doesnt give you loaners unless you buy your car from them but there service isnt bad this is our third Acura and the MDX got great service at Acura of Westchester. and Paragon sucks. ive brought my car in 3 times already and they cant seem to find the problem (i go to Paragon because got my car from them). only reason i go is cause they give me a loaner each time next time around im gonna try Curry.

to make a long story short, they are TERRIBLE ~ STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

 

yeah, I've decided to go to Acura of Manhattan

 

They are by far and away the worst! I even had to start a lemon case over my 04 TL last year because of them, so be smart and never have your car serviced there!
