Ok well I turned 75k miles on my TL and want to do some maintenance. I just changed the oil and am set for an alignment after I install my suspension. This is what I was thinking of doing:

-Change Tranny fluid to GM synchromesh- 2nd gear grinds a little bit this should fix it right?

-Run seafoam through the car due to the raves on this site about it
-new spark plugs?? wasn't sure if this is needed but it may help gas mileage and performance, am I correct?

What else do you guys suggest to keep this car running well past 100k miles

-Seafoam, yes. CAREFULLY follow all the instructions posted by 01tl4tl
-then replace plugs, go NGK either the IX or the OEM laser irridiums
-clean throttle body
-oil to AMSoil or Royal Purple
-tranny fluid to royal purple or AMSoil

post how awesome it runs after doing these things!

Cabin filter, air filter, change the brake fluid, and I would also replace the coolant.
