5k more until 60k What to do?

I am approaching my 60k mark on my TLS and figured I would ask my fellow Azine members what kind of maintenance I should do...

Spark plugs?
Transmission Flush?
Air filter "Cabin"
?
?
?

I have a feeling the plugs on my TL have never been touched, what are a good set to switch out too?

Also I read a lot about 1x3, 2x3 etc... Can anyone point me to a break down thread of what that means? I searched and searched but maybe I didn’t know what I was looking for?

Thanks guys!

id recommend replacing your pressure switches to help prevent transmission failure

see what the MID says?

plugs arent due for service until the "105k" service (since this shows up on the MID +/- 5k). But if you feel like it then replace them.

If you havent replaced your cabin air filter in 20k miles, then do so. Though this is again a maintenance item that appears on the MID.

Check this thread. Good list of services and intervals you should maintain. https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-problems-fixes-114/recommended-service-interval-items-not-manual-832621/

Dont do anything, just drive it. Replace engine and cabin filter as necessary (they are simple enough to check/change. Spark plugs are not necessary until 100K unless there is something wrong with them. If you want to do them it wont hurt anything, but dont expect more HP or better fuel economy because you wont get either of those. Since your TL is automatic I would do the 3x3 flush for starters its simple and relatively inexpensive.

Other than those things just do the regular stuff like keep tires at proper pressure, use premium gas, and do your oil on time and drive that thing!!!!

The MID has all the service intervals built in. Of course it doesnt account for wear items like brakes, etc. or things like broken motor mounts, etc.

You'll know when the MID wants you to change something as the screen will turn amber and say something along the lines of "B2" service due soon. (the B2 will change depending on what needs to be done).

Tranny fluid changes for autos I suppose wouldnt harm anything.

What I did for mine at 60k was..... Keep in mine my car has mt tranny

Radiator flush...use oem Honda fluid
Power steering flush...had leak in res so had to anyways
Will do brake flush when upgrade to new brakes...soon
Short shifter....eh on the edge
Shifter bushings....ok not a must
Slave valve remove ....a must
Replace tranny fluid with gm fluid....a must! Do the 3x3 on auto
Oil change if needed
air filter do this when dirty
Did spark plugs even tho It didn't need too
Cabin filter
Washed waxed

I think that's it........
