4 people and 2 snowboards in 3G TL. HELP!

Hey everyone, got a little issue. Going boarding and have one car and 4 people and 2 boards. So back middle seat is empty. Anyone have any idea how I can fit 2 boards and all 4 of us in the TL (3g) without a roof rack lol.

Anyone good at tl tetris??

Front passenger seat leaned back, slide two boards into the foot area...?

Rear passenger side guy is going to have a hard time though.

If all else fails, open trunk and tie it down...

I remember reading that some people sit the boards on a diagonal over the arm rest on the passenger seat and rear driver side.

BE CAREFUL
Snowboards/skiis can mark up your interior panels and seats REALLY bad.

Put the boards back to back. Make the person in the front sit up kinda far. Angle then back, putting the tails kinda under the front seat. People in the back have to sit behind the driver and in the middle seat. All your dry gear can go under the boards on the seat. Thats how I always did it in my Taurus. Not the best drive for other people but you'll get there lol

Well it appears during my final year of college sitting through a boring building code lecture I was able to sharpen my Tetris skills on my computer. Needless to say I just put one in, but no problem at all the other will go right beside it and it leaves tons of room for everything else.

By the way, Ive never posted pics of my car on here either. But here are some shitty ones.

Have fun!

Make sure you wipe off your boards dry as hell before putting them back in.

Wrap everything in a towel too haha

Between the skis/snowboard and the mountain bike I broke down and got a roof rack.
Other wise it was a board behind the driver, skis in the ski pass.

take the bindings off. You'll be able to fit more than just 2 that way, and have them half way in the trunk rather than mostly in the cabin.

on another note, i'm looking at getting a roof rack since i transport skis and bikes with my car.
