Time to buy the steering wheel and shifter. I've got the logitech steering wheel for gt4 and it's a blast to drive. Should be a hell of a lot more fun with a clutch and shifter.

 

Still like to know if it's official. Where was this announced? From my knowledge Sony hasn't released a complete car list yet. :P

 

Uhh, there are over 1 million banned modded xbox systems out there now, it has a 54 % failure rate, and inferior chip compared to ps3.

In fact they are banning by accident some of the non modded boxes. Screw microsoft.

I just read the other day that if you have the PS3 eye (camera) and use it during gameplay in GT5 it will track your head and will move the in game camera around inside the car so you can look where ever to enhance your driving. You can look around without using any buttons. Makes complete sense because you would be able to better judge an upcoming turn. Pretty cool.

By the way they just said it will be for sale in the U.S. Summer 2010.

Forza 3 is a fun game but after seeing the 3G TL is going to be in GT5, i dont know what to do. Forza 2 had the Acura RL Aspec and was fun driving.

 

This game can not come out soon enough... Hopefully they have some sweet custom paint mods similar to Forza

Everyone, that list is a phony.. Not to be the person to ruin the party, No Acura TL models have been announced for this game yet. All information from my knowledge at this point is rumors. Sorry but you all jumped the gun a little. Unless someone can supply me with a list from 2009 with 1000 cars total. :P =/

Needless to say I will still get the game it'll be great. But I am unsure if they will DEFF have the 3G TL in it.. Hopefully I am wrong! We'll see once the real official list is revealed before March 2009 (Japans release).

Gt5 prolouge is bullshit. Don't waste your money on that. You only get to race equally stock cars which result in less than spectacular races. You start in 8th place and you end in 8th place because all the cars for that race are the same. At least for the full gt5 version you'll be able to start modding your car immediatley.

 

That's all I needed to hear. I'll be patient. I can wait a while. Just ordered "Pure", Unreal tournament III and Mortal Kombat VS. DC and an extra conroller for $115 from Walmart dot com. Perfect...that'll keep me busy for a while.

Kinda wish the games were backward compatible...I'm selling my PS2 games on ebay now to fun restocking with new PS3 games.
