Im just excited to hear that gt5 will include 3g TL 6spd and 07 type s. I dunno if anybody else cares but just thought i would share.

A release date for japan is march 2010. Who cares if it takes long its still the best racing game. And dont tell me forza is better, i play both and gran turismo is way better.

Lol ya i dont want this to be a fanboy fighting thread. I do 90% of my gaming on xbox 360 its an excellent system, they both are but when it comes to driving sim GT all the way!!

Haha cant wait to have a fully modded TLs with a tuned ecu lol.
I know it wont happen any sooner in the real world!

+1...i have both systems and 360 definitely has the advantage in better games and being more mod friendly :-P

 

Everyone needs to own a gran turismo game. It is the best cure for a mod bug! Don't spend real money. Just turn on the game and throw a couple of huge ass turbos on a brand new supra! All is well.

BTW there was a 3G TL in GT4 also, but it was some kind of Honda type-r car from japan. It looked just like a TL with a Honda badge with the performance numbers.

 

f both systems, PC all the way haha. Download the games for free off torrents sites, only set back my 128mb stock video card can't even handle Counter Strike so I gotta update soon.

GT5 will be the only reason for me to invest in a PS3 and motivate me to upgrade my LCD to a Samsung LED

 

I think they said the release date is just after christmas this year. Makes no sense why they would release this game AFTER christmas. I will be buying it and I love my PS3. I didnt even consider buying an Xbox360 as it doesnt play Bluerays!!! Thats what I use my PS3 for 90% of the time.

YES. This game will be awesome because you can not only drive the TL but all the dream cars. Now you just gotta figure a way to afford the entire driving set up (huge flat screen, surround sound, steering wheel/pedals, chair, etc).

 

GT5 is amazing! But I like forza more cuz I have a 360. Does anyone know if a 3g or even 4g tl will be in the upcoming release of forza 3??? I really hope so!

 

PS3 ownz because its bluray capabilities!!

P.S. I take back my above post one of my buddies said it was to be released around christmas time but sure enough everything I see online says marhc of 10. Oh well.

No TL love for Forza 3 . i got a leaked copy of it, its a great game no doubt but just comparing graphics and drviving physics to GT prologue, GT has the edge IMO.

PS3 + GT5 + Logitech G25 racing wheel + 1080p HDTV = Driving sim heaven!

GT is the main reason I camped out 3 YEARS ago to get the PS3, and its still not out - The guy at Game Stop told me that they didnt want it to come out and have to compete with MW2 and Assassins Creed 2- I understand, because I believe one of them will be the Game of the Year. TL-S in GT5 FTW!!!

 

SWEET!!! The only reason i bought a PS3 over a 360 was for GT5 and now its gonna have a 3G TL in it!! Could it get any better?

 

btw, you guys should get the Logitech G27 steering wheel when GT5 comes out. Its as close as you can get to virtual driving.

 

GT5 > Forza 3.

Forza's car selection is weak. not to mention the game feels really arcadey or whatever you call it. the game is good but i'm just playing it while i wait for the real deal that is GT5. The TL being included is just icing on the cake.
