Anyone know of a 3G TL i can get for $15,000 and under?

Where are you located ? A nearby dealer in NYC has a 2004 certified TL for $ 15,000.

Maybe it's because I only look at the TLs and Miatas on Craiglist, but it seems a good percentage of the TLs I pull up have salvage titles. wtf is up with that?

Those TLs were probably purchased at auction and fixed to be sold. Most TL buyers are happy as pigs in sh...mud...with their cars.
