Maj, I found a shelf full of JK Ol' Oi the other day. I bought one to try rather than stocking up then... I'm going back for more. It was really neat; sour and tart and medium dark. Was really good.

I picked up all three of the RU55 they had because I know that'll be good. Also grabbed two more of the Cerveza de Mezquite just for funsies. I really liked that one; really hard to pinpoint what it was but I thought it was super tasty.

Oh, and some more Prairie Funk Apricot.

It was an expensive trip.

Like just putting the hot and cold supply lines all willy nilly next to the wait line so then my trap now is obstructed by the cold supply line valve. . Same with the toilet supply line and the toilet flange being under the tile so I have to use extended toilet flange bolts to secure the toilet.

Normally, I mentally prepare to go to work Monday through Friday.

I went to work Monday. Expelled my guts through both ends Monday night.
Slept through Tuesday.
Woke up Wednesday, but since I slept through Tuesday, Wednesday felt like Tuesday. From that point forward each day felt like Day-1.
So, today, Friday feels like Friday-1 = Thursday.

But it's not Thursday, it's Friday (per the calendar and my respectable looking, definitely not a children's style watch).

Also 1/2 inch valve lines so I had to go buy new quarter turn valves to fit the 3/8 inch supply on the new faucet. Yeah it wasn't hard per se, just annoying having to run back and forth to the Depot..

And wax for now. Planning a full gut later this year so will redo all the rough plumbing and electrical properly.

If it didn't you should throw that faucet in the trash
All supply lines to a sink should be 1/2 inch.. so that faucet mfg cheaped out on you..
If it's 3/8, they should know it's going to connect to a 1/2.. fuck them.

Wax is the way to go. I've had one wax seal flake on me but only because it toilet got so clogged that the pressure to pop the clog was so great that it created a mini fissure in the wax. Don't buy into those crap fancy rings. In fact, many of them are just a cool looking rubber gasket over a small wax ring.
