Diagnosis is either a rotator cuff strain or slight tear. X-ray was done today...they'll go from there if an ultrasound is needed. On a couple of anti-inflammatory stuff...one in pill form and the other a rub.
No weights until further notice per doctor. So, I'm doing pretty much
-ing, legs, and abs for awhile.

I had one of those after getting reamed playing basketball.
It healed up but took a long time.
I don't lift much anymore...just pullups pushups and dips.
