He never met the Owner. Just the Service Manager.

Owner saw his hoopty coming from a mile away and knew that Beavis the Burnout would be coming in looking to gulp for pay. Not wanting to get his junk within a mile of that claptrap, he shoved Service Manager under the bus again and told her to take one for the team.

Meanwhile, Owner grabbed Receptionist and went out for "Taco Lunch" in the Finance office. Finance Manager watched.
