Uchi is meh in terms of sushi. It's really a fusion LA sushi house, which is fine. But like a fusion LA sushi house, it's mostly filled with pretentious dickbags and their void of personality/brains slutbags. I wouldn't categorize Cole as a pretentious dickbag, but that's who he serves to.. maybe that's why he wanted to branch out and gave birth to Uchiko.

Uchiko is far less buogie, taste is on par.. less $$ as well
