My morning workouts haven't been going well. Yesterday I didn't make it, I over slept. Today, I overslept but was able to go for 25 minutes. Tomorrow I'm determined to get there early!

Any chance you can workout during lunch-hour? I am not much of a morning person and so, the only way over the years I've been able to maintain any discipline is by working out at lunch-break.

When I was working Downtown, I could. My boss was chill. Because she would go to the gym on lunch as well.

Working where I am now, it's not possible.

I just find it strange, when I worked Downtown and went in the morning I could get their at 4:30 AM work out and get to my bus by 6:30.
Now, working a couple minutes from home I can't get to the gym at 4:30 and can never get into the office by 7. I usually come strolling in closer to 7:30.

Wow, that's super-early.

Eating is hard. Especially if you want clean gainzzzz. It's a metric fuck ton of food. I would eat over a pound of chicken (500g) in two of the five daily meals I was eating, and still carbs on the side. Bleh. And I was only eating a 500 calorie surplus (3300 calories). I've talked to guys who claim they eat 4500 calories per day. I have no idea how they do it. Part of their diet must contain calorie dense, shit food. That has to equate to three massive shits per day. Ain't nobody got time for dat

I was 128 pounds when I started working out and went up to 165 15% body fat (I'm 5'8"). Believe me, shitting 3 times a day is part of it. But hey it was company time so who cares. Ż\_(ツ)_/Ż

Picked up GF in the MS3 for first time, she gets easily car sick. She officially doesn't like it. "You shift too hard and you rev it up too high" No amount of "BUT BOOST YO" will change her mind.
