speaking of which, I bought tires yesterday. Likely shit tires, at that. I went with the Cooper Zeon RS3-S tires. I've never tried them, but have read mixed reviews. Not sure what to expect. My other option for going with 325s in the back, was with Michelin PS4s... but... I paid about $1250 for the Coopers... the PS4s would be about $1000 more for a set of four... I really didn't want to pay over 2k for tires.
I'll see how these go... the additional tire width should help with getting good traction. Likely not as good as the Bridgestone RE-11s I originally wanted, though.
Ive heard Bridgestone is coming out with a new tire to replace the long discontinued RE-11, but there is no release date. If these coopers are that bad, I'll burn them off this year and buy what I actually want, next season.

Pirellis are shit, from I've heard discussions with the guys at the track. Overpriced for the performance you get. There were no 325 options coming up for them, when I looked also. seems weird, I thought lambos and shit used tires that big. I know pirellis come stock on some high performance vehicles, but I've been told it's more due to size than anything. I dunno.
The options I did have were michelin, hankook, Goodyear, nitto and cooper. I've had the nittos on my TL when I bought it... and did not like them. No experience with sporty goodyears, hankooks or Coopers. Figured I'd try one of them and see what they're like.
