What's weirder in Taiwan are alot of the washroom in most homes.
The shower has no enclosure and is shared with the sink, toilet, and everything else in the bathroom. So, if you shower, well, the ENTIRE floor of the washroom is wet. The general practice is to slide on some rubber slippers before you enter the washroom since well, the floor is always wet (doesn't dry easy with the humidity). That's the weird thing.
