Yeah, I do eat quite a bit of tofu...but per my second post up there, I'm not really into supplementing on protein shakes/meal replacements in general.
And well, I think too much soy kinda is not great for men either.
That's a good book...definitely eye-opening IMO. I love the occasional steak...and enjoy bacon as much as the next guy. But, just don't believe in eating too much of it. That includes chicken too.
Also for that matters, it's all about nerves for skinny dudes. I can definitely get squished by many bigger guys, but for my build and weight I don't see many people getting close in terms of strength and tenacity. Plus I've improved tremendously over my old self!
You just have to watch out to not over train yourself which is really easy when you're skinny.
Talking about Cumbucha.. there's a local brand (Buddha's Brew) that I usually like to get.. one weekend, went to Farmer's market. Saw their stand.. with some dirty hippy attending it.. mixing the brews.. with full blown ebora. Nope.
