The S3 does look super nice, but I agree, it's expensive. What's the price difference between that and stepping up to an s4? Seems like it'd be the wiser choice overall.

Even the engines in the A5s can be tuned pretty damn well... Lol
S4s are surprisingly small too...
And the Golfs have issues...
The more I forum A5/S5s the less scared I am to jump into that world. The 2013+ are solid as hell.

Chad, I know the type and the convo...sounds like the deal struck with my buddy that was a sure thing turned into a "sure thing" when it came time to find the cash and get past the wife. Also brutal getting a used auto loan on a 12 year old car when you're asking more than it's worth in their opinion.
