AZ is a killer, dude.
If I never looked up the TL for info and just bought it, I would never be here. I wanted reviews and was looking to see what the problems were with the car...then I found some threads in the Photo Gallery (J
) and got yanked in. And here I am today.

the "f" word wont seem so harsh.
why does FUCK sound so bad through text?
if I said it in a natural flowing way; it wouldnt sound so fucking bad.
or you may just have to just get your panties out of a wad

that sounds like pretty sound logic, but as you know, the reason you get "STRETCH" into the equation is that the TIRE is what needs to clear the fender.
So, yeah, sure, you could have a 8 inch rim with a 245 and rub, but then run a 9 inch wide with a 225 and have no rubbing at all. Actually, tha'ts the case for me...the 235's on my aspecs DO rub and the 225's on the 9" works don't.

Felt like too modded hahaha
I knew AZ by googling TL pictures but that time I had no idea about forms and such..

It's quite odd...MEKO...play with a rim calculator.
I put in some specs and the 19's that I would like...would have more clearance than my 18x9's![Tomato](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/tomato.gif)
But then again I'd be on 225 like J.

then I will go with 235 tires just like stock.
Stockies don't rub with 20mm spacers
You have 8.5" A-Specs right

I always assume Justin is baked and smiling when he posts. That way I don't take anything to heart. He's like the real life Jeff Bridges to me...
EDIT, yep, 8.5". Go with 225, brother...not too bad of a stretch and you'll be able to correct camber from the top.

Yeah, I think J was one of the first threads I stumbled upon. His car was black (which was what I was looking for, either white or black, had no idea about paint codes yet).
I saw the NBP on the dealership, the paint looked excellent for an older car and the interior was still nice. It had a few soda spills but I've since taken those out with the Blue Coral cleaner you used
Only other dirty spots I have are on the A & B-Pillar and I have a 1-2" rip in the rear door, on the vinyl.
So...yeah...after buying the TL, I came back here to see what the forums were all about, got hooked on gawking at all the mods available to the car and have since took off with mods, one after the other.
Like I've said before, I bought the wheels first, but those took like 2 months so I had enough time to buy tires, and shortly after I had enough to buy the Teins. Then is was back to square one, saving until I could get the A-Spec, and everything after that was a lot smaller, so it was more affordable.
And J helped me do my headlights, so I got to meet a fellow member for the first time
and got to do some more extensive modding done.

Some people shouldn't be allowed to buy certain cars...
