i started a book club with this girl in Ireland.
she has red hair.
her sur-name is Ni Mhearaigh, which i think is pretty cool because it dates back to the kings and lords and stuff.

i like history.

They're Greek...they all have a K instead of C. Nikolas, Markus, Lukas. I called Heeltoe Marcus MARKUS once and he got pissed off "well, i don't know who the fk Markus is"

I had a communications professor that told me that basic courtesy is to ask a person how to pronounce their name, and remember it...and always pay attention to spelling.

But I agree, spelling it with a K is just habit for me.

And my last name only has one vowel. I've gotten used to the misspelling and mispronouncing.

Funny thing is that it's one of the most common names in Ukraine. Hahaha.
