This was on the way up to NC, I was driving a little quicker.
On the way back I was calmer and stuck to an average of 75, I believe when I finally got home it read 73 mph and 32 mpg. I had the windows down too, A/C was off.

Nice! Summer or winter gas? I'm assuming summer?

Uhh...I didn't know there was a difference in gas. Not seasonal anyway.
Where I went, it wasn't really cold so I'm going to go with summer gas. I filled up in north GA, three times in NC and then on the way home I stopped once in south GA. Lowest temp I saw was 51.

The put different additives in fuel during the winter months to help keep water out of he fuel.
They can also pull some octane out due to colder weather.
So you may be paying for 93 but you are probably getting 91ish in the winter.
Dem sneaky oil companies doe.

Jeremy, going to respond to you here rather than in my FS thread.
I would normally do the same thing. Makes the buyer think they're getting out with a steal, etc.
High mileage is a tough beast though. Had I listed my car for $2k more than it's worth at $14.5k, people would have looked at me like I was crazy. The high mileage is the elephant in the room.

No doubt...it was bitter sweet when I crossed the 100K threshold knowing that even Carmax would ship my baby off to Auction. I'm at a point where I know that my car is worth more to me than anyone else.
