btw J, when Danny Devito fucks Rhea Perlman, he's gazing out into the space, knowing that you're thinking of him fucking. Once you're tractor beamed into his eyes, he starts thinking about plowing you and starts to steal your soul during the eye fucking.

Guess why she responded to me...
I didn't mention her eyes. Seemed WAY too obvious. Oh, and I read her profile and felt like it was a girl version of what I was looking for, told her something sincere. First phone call I started off with "want to hear something funny?!". Then I made a Star Wars reference she didn't get but by then it was too late, she was hooked.

Thanks, Yum...that was a long time ago! Plus, I take myself much less seriously now. I used to act like every person I met on the internet was trying to steal my wallet while raping my mother while blowing out my birthday candles. Now, I just pretend everyone is Danny Devito.
Then again, an IQ of a fire hydrant may be too high of a standard for some.
Here's an example: If you post a nice pic and it is a repost, and I say it with a afterwards, would you go ballistic at me and send me an e-mail full of f-bombs?

No sir...I threw my 2 cents in there at one point, which was really a totally neutral opinion and I think I got grouped in with the angry anil villagers crowd that was totally pro apple. Don't taze me bro...

Burning Brakes
Good morning guys,
Had to bring the car in for an oil change yesterday, and while that was being done they did a battery test. Apparently I'll need to buy a new battery soon. Can any of you recommend some that you've had good experiences with? I'm going to search around, just figured I'd ask the experts in ramblings first

^who did the work?
the acura battery is warrantied, and you should get a free one.
if not, or if you want a better battery, try the sears die hard platinum series. one of the best batteries.
and then you cant go wrong with walmart, costco, samsclub batteries....
I'm using a walmart battery.

Safety Car
Funny thing about batteries...I was told I needed a new one 2 years ago but I didn't replace it. I've had no issues or slow cranks or anything and the few times the car has been serviced since, the battery tested as fine
Agree with Justn on the batteries. Lots of guys around here are running the die hard platinum series with success.

Mr. Lube. I feel like they're always trying to up sell. But thanks ill check out my warranty then so I'm not out of pocket. At the moment I don't need a stronger battery, so if warranty replaces it then ill be happy.

This is the print out I got yesterday saying its marginal..

any funny things going on in the dash? warning lights? a low battery does havoc on our electrical systems and would throw some funky lights on the dash.
Burning Brakes
Nope, nothing. The car works perfectly fine, which is why it was throwing me off that I needed a new battery soon.
Last oil change some guy was telling me Acura's were known for transmission failures and that I needed to do some $130 test that would take 15mins..
I think I need to find a new place that doesn't try and sell me shit I don't need yet.

wreaks havoc...
I've had the 1000 CCA Bosch in mine for about 3 years with no issues at all. I think IHC had good experiences with the Sears as they were rebranded Odyssey batteries or something like that?

Story, I'd BET that's likely the case. Normally, the guy that turns on and drives the car every day is the one that notices the battery is going...not the guys that do a 1000 point inspection on the car that includes checking wiper blades. Fk them...liars. They probably mistook you for a soccer Mom.
