I'll admit it isn't the best for you.. but out of all of the energy drinks out there, it's definitely one of the better ones for you. If that makes sense

Austin brought up a great point.
we're still going to put toxins in our body, no matter what anyone says.

I actually quit alcohol this week.

^truth

I eat pretty healthy all the time anyways so if I need a solid pre-workout, I don't mind the energy drinks.

I quit liquor myself, I think others can vouch for the aggressiveness and anger that comes along with it? lol

While most vitamins are water-soluable.. not all. And although it may be water-soluable, it doesn't mean that it doesn't have toxic effects on the body. Especially if it's the habitual intake of certain vitamins in excess of the upper limit (UL) or tolerable-upper limit (TUL) ..linked to neuro disorders.

Sucralose has been studied for physio and neurological disorders as well. Nothing conclusive, but giving the body chemicals instead of natural food is no bueno. I promise you that consuming a healthy shake with fresh fruits, nuts and greens will not only make you feel a lot better, you'll see faster gains and extended periods of energy.

If you get punchy and emotional when you drink, you definitely shouldn't drink.

So I just saved Kroger $300. I was outside eating my salad, pervving the women like I always do, when I noticed a crummy Rav4 roll up. The driver dropped off a dude and two girls and then drove away. They were not pretty people. And many years of retail experience set off a light in my head.

But I continued as normal. Sure enough, 3 minutes later, dude comes walking out the front door with a cart full of odd products. Like coffee makers, waffle makers, etc. Odd, an entire cart of those types of products, for Kroger. Then all of a sudden a manager comes out right behind him, grabs the cart from him, and says some words. I had my ear buds and 30 Seconds to Mars going so I couldn't hear a thing. Dude gets mad and runs off.

Since I knew he was there with others I decided to go in and let them know. So I throw my trash away and head towards customer service. And guess who was there! The two girls. They were filling out some paperwork so I nodded for the rep to come over to me and I told him who they were there with. He gets on the phone, manager comes over, and that concluded their party. Lol

They both gave an Oscar worthy performances playing all coy. Turns out they were trying to get $300 in Western Union money. Not sure how but it wasn't legit!

They took my contact info. Maybe I'll get a reward!

This part of town, and specifically that Kroger, are all lawyers, judges, hipsters, or gheys. They did not fit in. Lol

Loaded full of ignorance for dumping money into a depreciating asset!

I'm fortunate for the things that I've been able to do and obtain and extremely grateful and appreciative for the lifestyle that I'm able to live. One day I will hopefully grow up and stop spending money on stupid things. It's easy being a single guy (as in no wife, I have a gf) to have some extra change.

P.S. - I think we're in the same industry. If I recall, we discussed this when I first joined Acurazine via PM.

We get together every once in awhile. Just met IntactACK this weekend too. He was in town for a MS3 tuning from Andy. PM me your number and we will all get together sometime. I'll actually be making a trip down to Columbus sometime this weekend to go to Alpine Ski and Board. The rasp of my PCDs and jpipe is what convinced me along with Andy saying he heard one in person and saying it sounded awesome. Plus I'm trying to hit 300whp and that's not going to happen without a suitable catback, and none of the other ones appealed to me as much.

I can't drink milk straight up anymore. Twists my stomach into knots.

We use 2% to cook with but we do almond milk for everything else.

I only drink fresh juice. A large percentage of bottled juice comes from China in barrels. Fuck that noise. Thousands of people get poisoned in China for eating all types of shit food producers make to save a buck, rat, cardboard, chemicals, tampons, cat, piss, etc..
