That would be cool BUT you could buy a RS4 and start with a platform that weighs less and already has 414 horsepower from the start. Imagine having a turbo V8 with Quattro AWD

^ Or start off with an S4. I've thought about selling my car and getting an S4 but the fucking mod bug keeps biting me in the ass. I've got a system, aspec kit, door visors, PCDs, switchbacks, and LED DRLs all waiting to be installed in my garage but no time to install and my car is in the shop until Thursday getting repainted.

Butt.. you haz no monies.

Bert probably put $20k into his ride. Also, if you think a transmission is expensive.. wait til you have to replace a rear diff.

No invite?..

On a related note, I loathe boat parties. I've been on 3.. including one company sponsored outing.. it was nothing but douchebags and the skanks who fuck them.

:off-topic: Can anyone explain how you can get scammed using paypal. I have listed some electronics for sale on craigslist, and I plan on doing local "cash" only sales. I keep getting random texts saying "send me your paypal info and im going to have you ship this item across the country/world to my cuz, and I will pay you $200 more than your asking price".

I have had someone send me a fake cashiers check before, and I turned it in to the bank, but I thought paypal was safe. Im just curious if they would be able to scam me. I still don't plan on making a deal unless its local, face-to-face, cash/trade sell but I would like to know what the risks would be.

oh. And morning slores

^ Sounds like a scam to me. I've heard of buyers sending fake Paypal emails back to the seller that state payment has been recieved, etc.

^^Yeah, I just responded back to one text and said that they could mail me the cash

I have heard about the fake paypal emails, but I always check my paypal account to see if the money has been processed. In the past I received a cashiers check that was $2000 over my asking price, with the whole "take out more money ($200) for your trouble and wire the extra money back".

Yes, send me your monies.

Also, if you didn't know, Paypal can stick their greedy hands into your bank account any time they want. Don't be a fool.

This aint Vegas!! it's a boat!

Last time I went, there was a 200ml (190 proof) bottle of everclear among many bottles of liquor. It was gone by the time dropped anchor and 2 girls passed out within 30 minutes.

That's why you always should double check before you hit submit payment.

So dickbag prince al-waseen thomas III buys your fucked up couch for $1000 kindly shipped to NY, can reverse the charge once received. Now he has his money and you don't have a couch + shipping expenses. He sells couch for more monies.
