Morning guys,
Last night I got in an argument with the gf for pressuring her to get a job. She was being way too picky so I told her to just apply to everything and she got frustrated. We met up at Timmys so she got out of my car. She expected me to apologize but instead I left and went home to go to bed cause it was late and I'm up at 6am. For this I was called a worthless piece of shit and told to fuck off, and also a careless selfish asshole. Did I deserve this? and more importantly, is she the one?
EDIT: She had her own car, I didn't leave her stranded in a Timmy's parking lot

Sounds like a dick move on your part. If she doesn't want to work, you can't make her and you have no right to tell her to do so as well. That's your problem not hers. If you were out of work, were looking for a specific job to further your career, she would have no right to tell you to go flip burgers. Now if you had a family to support, sometimes you have to flip burgers (I don't know your situation).
Then to act immature.. at least she knows how you'll react when times get thin. I'd never leave my lady in some parking lot late at night. I'd make sure she got home safe.
As for the worthless piece of shit.. that's probably the emotions talking.

There are two sides to every story..
Sounds like a dick move on your part. If she doesn't want to work, you can't make her and you have no right to tell her to do so as well. That's your problem not hers. If you were out of work, were looking for a specific job to further your career, she would have no right to tell you to go flip burgers. brah.. ease up on the gf.. I'll say this, you know when you're with the right one if you two are best friends.. the same shit makes you two laugh and that person not only improves the quality of your life, but makes you want to be a better person (both sides).
Don't let bullshit break up something special if that's what you have.. especially if she's in school. Most times when ladies gripe to men.. it's because they need an ear to listen, not because they want you to fix it. Let it in and be supportive, but don't make her shit your shit.
Also don't try to live so fast.. eh. Before you know it, you're a slave in the rat race and money doesn't seem as important as the quality of life you had before you joined.
As for the relationship, not my place to say, but if you're going to make it work.. you need to put in work. It's all about respect. If she doesn't respect you, it's over.
I, for one, enjoy the salty grittyness.
